RECONSTRUCTION OF THE BUILDING for the regional branch of SVO Participants support the State Fund

During the reconstruction of a 5-storey residential building with a public function on the 1st floor, about 500 m² was allocated for the regional branch of SVO Participants support the State Fund.
Under facades developing the main objectives were to make harmonious and balanced facades of the entire building, create accentuated entrance zones fitting the surrounding area and provide accessibility for people with disabilities.
Despite the existing rigid structural system of the building, the internal redevelopment managed to create a spacious and bright core of the composition with various common areas, including registration and waiting areas, spaces for relaxation and group communication. The main 2 blocks of premises to the right and to the left of the core of the composition are formed according to the technical specifications: the administrative block and social assistance departments.
The main while reating the concept of interiors were the following tasks:
-to create clear navigation system with clear functional zoning division;
-to give comfort spaces with addition of ecological warm textures like wood; use of natural light in the common hall two-way oriented; the use of contrasting colors of the organization brand colors.
